Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, calculate areas, prepare documents and maps, analyze data, and provide technical assistance.
• Prepare survey reports, plats and maps with accuracy using survey data collected on the field.
• Prepare engineering drawings based on survey results.
• Utilize various surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, levels, GPS systems and other related equipment.
• Identify potential hazards during project planning or when working in the field.
• Investigating title deeds and public records to locate property boundaries.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated before use.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred but not required
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of mathematics including geometry, trigonometry and coordinate geometry
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software or other relevant software programs
• Ability to read blueprints and analyze data accurately
• Good problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
