Data Analyst

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about data and analytics to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Collect, cleanse and organize data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, web sources, etc.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, time series analysis etc.
• Develop visualizations such as charts, tables or histograms to enable easy understanding of complex data sets.
• Design reports on findings from the analysis and provide insights that can help inform decision making.
• Develop predictive models to forecast potential outcomes based on existing data sets.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the accuracy of data collected and reported.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in working with databases/data analytics tools such as Python/R/SQL etc.
• Excellent knowledge of mathematical models and statistical techniques used in data analysis.
• Good understanding of software development practices such as Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
