Job Title: Mason

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced Mason to join a construction team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the masonry trade and must be willing to work in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall support to the project by constructing, repairing and maintaining walls and other structures with brick, concrete blocks, plaster or other materials. The job duties include but are not limited to:

• Cutting, laying and joining blocks or bricks according to specific construction plans.
• Mixing cement with sand and water to prepare mortar, plaster or grout.
• Setting forms for footings and foundations prior to pouring concrete.
• Pointing and grouting of joints between bricks/blocks.
• Repairing/replacing damaged bricks/blocks/plasterwork when required.
• Ensuring all materials used comply with safety regulations.

The Mason must have excellent interpersonal skills as they will be working with clients as well as fellow employees within the company. A valid driver’s license is required as some travel may be necessary within Qatar for this role. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
