We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills, as well as experience in business management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring that all areas of the business are running smoothly
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
• Manage budgets and ensure that the company meets its financial goals
• Establish relationships with key partners, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Analyze data to gain insights into business performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in business management or a similar role
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately under pressure
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
