Vacancy: Project Manager β Al Shamkhah City
Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in project management or related field
β’ At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
β’ Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
β’ Demonstrated knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
β’ Strong problem solving skills
β’ Ability to work independently and with a team
β’ Must be willing to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the planning and execution of all projects
β’ Set deadlines, assign tasks and manage resources to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
β’ Monitor progress of all projects and provide timely reports to senior management on performance metrics such as budget, timeline, etc.
β’ Develop procedures for quality assurance on all projects and ensure compliance with established standards
β’ Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
