Job Description:
As an Office Assistant in Khalifah A City, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office staff. This includes assisting with day-to-day operations such as filing documents, creating spreadsheets and reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies, and responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, you may be asked to provide assistance with marketing activities such as web design, graphic design, and event planning.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
