Zayed City is looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of surveying techniques, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Surveying and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the latest surveying techniques and software is essential. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, the chosen candidate must be able to provide proof of qualifications.

Duties:
The Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys on land, water resources, buildings and other structures with the aim of providing accurate data for use in design projects or development plans. This will involve the use of specialist instruments such as levelling rods, theodolites, GPS receivers and laser scanners. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about local surveying regulations and codes of practice and also able to produce detailed reports using computer applications such as GIS or AutoCAD software. Furthermore, they will be expected to travel frequently to various sites for surveying activities as required by the project manager or client.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor who has a solid understanding of surveying techniques and excellent communication skills in order to join our team in Zayed City at a salary rate of 900 per month (negotiable). The successful candidate must possess a degree in Surveying with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role; knowledge of the latest survey techniques; fluency in English & Arabic (preferred); proof of qualifications; proficiency with specialist instruments & computer applications; knowledge & adherence to local regulations & codes; production of detailed reports; ability to travel frequently for surveying activities as required by project manager/client.
