Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and reach organizational goals. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500. Job Duties
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and achieve organizational goals
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Identify new customers and potential markets to expand sales
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on sales performance
• Establish effective relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve them
• Lead the team in achieving their individual goals as well as the overall objectives of the organization
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations in the industry

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of market analysis techniques, product development & pricing strategies
• Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
