Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations, as well as leading a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will be expected to build relationships with potential customers and maintain existing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet monthly sales goals
• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting objectives, tracking performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the team is working collaboratively
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop new business opportunities by researching potential customers
• Establish relationships with current customers, addressing any customer complaints or concerns
• Negotiate pricing agreements with vendors
• Prepare reports on sales activities as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
