Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a talented Executive Chef to lead and manage our kitchen staff in our busy restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. With over 1200 in salary, we are ready to consider foreigners for this position. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the preparation of all meals served at the restaurant, including breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. You will also be responsible for training, supervising, and directing line cooks and other kitchen staff in their work duties. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Job requirements:

To qualify for this position you must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field coupled with 5 years' experience managing a professional kitchen environment. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to develop new recipes while maintaining cost-effectiveness across all menu items. You should also be proficient with computer programs such as MS Office Suite or related software programs used in restaurants. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
