Position: Executive Chef

Location: Zayed City

Salary: 1100 (negotiable for the right candidate)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Zayed City. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and will be able to create innovative and engaging food experiences. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The successful Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of chefs, managing kitchen and food operations, creating menus, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene, training junior staff, developing recipes, and controlling costs. The Executive Chef should have excellent organizational skills and be able to think on their feet when faced with unexpected challenges.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive chef or similar role
• Experience training staff and managing kitchen operations
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to create innovative dishes that engage customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective problem solving skills
