A good knowledge of food safety regulations is also required.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design creative menus for guests in accordance with established standards, manage all kitchen operations including ordering, stocking and maintaining supplies as well as developing and monitoring staff performance. As Chef you will also be responsible for creating appealing dishes that meet customer expectations while staying within budget guidelines. Furthermore you will ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standard of quality using fresh ingredients while adhering to health & safety regulations at all times.
