Requirements for the Candidate
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a professional kitchen or restaurant
• An appreciation of world cuisines and modern cooking trends
• Ability to work with limited supervision and remain calm under pressure
• Understanding of food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations
• A passion for food presentation and creativity.

What to Expect?
