Responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality meals using fresh ingredients
• Creating innovative menu items that appeal to our customers
• Developing recipes and creating new dishes
• Adhering to health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Scheduling and supervising kitchen staff
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring all orders are prepared on time and with the highest quality possible
• Managing financial aspects of the kitchen such as ordering supplies, controlling costs, and monitoring budgets.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in high-end restaurants or hotels
• Knowledge of culinary trends
