Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for our guests in a professional kitchen environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work under pressure. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to the recipe book or the customer's requests
• Ensure quality of ingredients used in food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff and monitor their performance
• Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Monitor food cost and maintain inventory control
• Keep up-to-date with new recipes, equipment and techniques
• Manage staff schedules and ensure they follow health and safety regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a chef or related culinary role
• Great attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Familiarity with menu planning, cost management, ordering supplies and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead teams within the kitchen environment
Salary: 1300 AED per month
