Chef Wanted in El-Fujairah

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to our menu. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The salary for this position is 1400.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes
- Ensure quality of food and determine portion sizes
- Monitor food stock levels
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Maintain up to date knowledge of culinary trends
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Plan menus and ensure proper food presentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary concerns
- Ability to work long hours in a fast paced environment
- Experience with menu planning, cost control, ordering, scheduling, etc.
- Good communication skills
