We are in search of a Barista to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide customers with an exceptional coffee experience by recommending the best drinks, operating the espresso machine and brewing equipment, preparing various beverages and other food items, following recipes and portion control guidelines, maintaining stock levels, and providing general cleanliness of the café area. They will also be responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly manner while taking orders and making sure that all orders are properly filled.

The successful applicant should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask and take initiative in order to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, they should possess basic numeracy skills for accurate payment transactions as needed.
