We are seeking a Barista to join the team at our cafe in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month and are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. No prior experience is required for this position, however any relevant knowledge or skills would be advantageous.

As a Barista at our cafe, your duties will include taking orders from customers, preparing and serving beverages and food items, operating cash registers and other payment systems, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and the cafe is kept neat and clean. You will also be expected to adhere to all food safety regulations to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as good organizational abilities. Previous experience in working with coffee machines is desirable but not essential. Additionally, you should possess basic computer skills and have an understanding of cash handling procedures. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
