Land Surveyor Job Opening in Haur-Fakkan
We at ABC company are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of land surveying, and must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency with industry standards and practices.
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys to determine position, measurement, and elevation of points, lines, boundaries, and contours on the earth’s surface using specialized equipment and software. Additional responsibilities include:
• Collecting data from land surveys using GPS systems, laser scanners, and other survey equipment.
• Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, drawings, and reports.
• Reviewing boundary descriptions and researching legal documents for survey projects.
• Preparing sketches or drawings of surveyed areas for use in legal descriptions.
• Establishing control points or traverse lines to ensure accuracy of surveys.
• Assisting with construction staking projects as needed.
• Adhering to local land surveying codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 3+ years’ professional experience as a Land Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles and practices
• Proficiency with CAD software, GPS systems, laser scanning equipment, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team environment
Compensation: 1100 AED per month (foreigners considered)
