We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying principles and methods
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or relevant field preferred
• Valid UAE residency visa (for immigrants)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect data about the terrain using various surveying tools and instruments
• Analyze survey data to calculate sizes, locations, property boundaries and other characteristics of land areas
• Document survey results using notes and drawings, as well as digital software programs such as AutoCAD
• Prepare surveys and maps for legal documents, such as property deeds and titles, subdivision plans, leases, etc.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 1400/month
