Job Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the educational needs of students.
• Evaluate student performance in order to determine progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and other assessments.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.

Qualifications/Skills Needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Demonstrated ability to teach students from diverse backgrounds preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum standards, instructional methods, assessment strategies, classroom management techniques, etc.
