Surveyor - Riyadh, 1600 SAR

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to work in our well-known company based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate and detailed mapping solutions.

Job Description:
• Perform land surveys, topographical surveys, boundary surveys and other related surveying activities.
• Utilize survey instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, digital levels, and other related tools.
• Interpret survey results such as legal descriptions of property boundaries, topography maps and other related documents.
• Prepare detailed reports about survey findings for clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss the survey results and provide guidance regarding appropriate action plans.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey data collected by personally checking each report before it is submitted to the client.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss project needs and goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in surveying preferred but not required
• Knowledge of surveying software such as Autodesk Civil 3D or AutoCAD
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds, plats and maps accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
