Surveyor Wanted in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of surveying principles, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys to evaluate land, structures, and other features on assigned projects
• Collect and analyze data from surveys using specialized equipment including total station, GPS units, levels, scanners, lasers and computers
• Prepare detailed drawings of survey results for use in maps, reports and legal documents
• Prepare cost estimates for projects related to survey activities
• Monitor progress of projects and maintain records
• Review data collected by other staff members or contractors
• Establish control points using horizontal and vertical measurements
• Present survey results in written reports or presentations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Ability to use surveying equipment such as total station, GPS units, levels scanners lasers etc.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD software programs is desirable
