Surveyor (Riyadh)

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a professional attitude and be prepared to work hard.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in surveying
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and methods
• Proficiency with global positioning systems (GPS) and total station instruments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and passport (for international candidates)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform land surveys for residential, commercial and industrial projects using GPS systems.
• Collect data from survey sites using total station instruments and other surveying equipment.
• Analyse survey results to determine measurements for boundaries, elevations etc.
• Prepare legal documents such as land deeds or boundary agreements.
• Supervise survey staff and review their work to ensure accuracy.
