We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a high-end restaurant or catering business. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate must possess exceptional culinary skills, a thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a larger team is essential. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain brand standards at all times.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing meals according to specifications from the menu
• Ensuring that all food is cooked safely and hygienically
• Working alongside the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared on time
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering items when necessary
• Cleaning up after service and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained
• Developing new recipes with the Head Chef.
