Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Upselling menu items when appropriate
• Delivering bills, collecting payments, and providing change as required
• Ensuring that all tables are properly set up with glassware, cutlery, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant by wiping tables, sweeping floors, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role within the hospitality industry • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekdays and/or weekends • Knowledge of health & safety regulations
