Chef – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

The duties of the position include:
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Managing kitchen staff, including training and motivation
• Ensuring food safety standards are met
• Maintaining accurate records of all ingredients used
• Creating and modifying menus according to customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Working with suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients are available in a timely manner
• Ensuring all equipment is kept clean and maintained properly.

The successful candidate must have:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef in an upscale restaurant setting or hotel
• Demonstrable knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
