Accountant – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts of the company, preparing financial statements and reports, and providing financial advice to management. A competitive salary of 1100 per month is offered to the successful applicant.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in accounting or equivalent qualification and must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants with the relevant qualifications and experience.

The Accountant's primary responsibilities include:
• Managing the accounts of the company, including invoices, payments, expenses, income and other related transactions
• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
• Monitoring cash flow
• Providing financial advice to management on budgeting and cost control
• Reviewing internal policies and procedures related to accounts
• Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes
• Assisting with audits as required.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong attention to detail; good organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines; knowledge of relevant software programs; and good problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UAE tax laws is an asset.
