Chemist – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a Chemist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100QAR. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chemical analysis and tests on raw materials, finished products and other substances in order to ensure quality control. You should have experience in collecting, testing and analyzing data using scientific methods and equipment, as well as experience in using laboratory instruments such as spectrometers and chromatographs.

You will also be required to develop new products or processes by investigating ways of improving existing ones. You should have experience in formulating hypotheses that can be tested with experiments. Additionally, you should be able to accurately interpret data and determine whether results agree with theoretical predictions or not.

A degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred but we are prepared to consider applicants with minimal work experience who have shown an aptitude for the role. The successful candidate must also possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
