We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Doha. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are open to considering foreigners for the role.

The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of different types of vehicles, as well as a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem solving. They should also be comfortable dealing with customers directly to understand their needs, diagnose any problems and explain the associated repair works.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Mechanic will include: inspecting vehicle engines and other components to identify issues; diagnosing faults using testing equipment; repairing or replacing damaged parts; updating maintenance logs; cleaning work areas; performing regular servicing, such as oil changes or brake pads replacements; ordering parts and supplies; advising customers on repair requirements, costs and timeframes; maintaining records of completed work and keeping up to date with technology advances in automotive engineering.

In order to be considered for this role applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Mechanic. They should possess a sound understanding of automotive systems, fuel systems and electrical systems, with proven experience carrying out repairs on various makes and models. A valid driver’s license is essential, as is the ability to lift heavy items and work in tight spaces. Applicants should also have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English.
