Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing business and be part of a great team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, customer service, and financial performance.

Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant management and operations
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with relevant health & safety regulations
• A valid UAE work permit (for foreigners)

Responsibilities:
• Manage staff recruitment, training and development processes
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels
• Oversee daily shift operations, analyze sales results/reports and identify areas of improvement in efficiency/profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations in the restaurant
• Manage budgets for supplies, equipment and personnel costs
