Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading and managing restaurant teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. We are open to considering a foreign candidate, with minimal work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including hiring, training and scheduling staff, developing menus and pricing structures, handling customer complaints and queries, monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when needed. The Restaurant Manager will need to have good budgeting skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive working environment for staff. They should also be proactive in developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales.

The successful applicant will be expected to possess strong organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving; a keen eye for detail; the ability to stay calm under pressure; and a good understanding of health and safety regulations. A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management would be beneficial but is not essential.
