Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience as a Secretary. The primary responsibility of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support to the staff and management team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Organizing and managing files, documents and correspondence
• Assisting in preparing presentations, reports and other materials
• Handling incoming calls and mail; arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Managing the office supplies inventory and ordering new materials as needed
• Providing general office management duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, have strong problem solving skills, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
