We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in the hospitality industry and be able to lead and motivate a large kitchen staff. We are willing to consider applications from foreign nationals.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and supervising all kitchen staff members. This includes planning menus, creating new recipes, coordinating meal preparation, ordering supplies, creating budgets and cost control, monitoring food quality and presentation standards, and developing staff training programs. The Executive Chef must also stay abreast of current trends in cuisine and restaurant management.

Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality industry or similar environment
• Ability to lead a large kitchen staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• Knowledge of modern cuisine techniques and an understanding of current trends in cuisine
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to create new recipes and menu items
• Outstanding communication skills with an ability to motivate staff members
