Job Responsibilities
• Develop creative menus that reflect changing seasons and customer demands
• Oversee food preparation and presentation in accordance with health codes and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor food costs and take proactive steps to reduce expenses
• Evaluate new products on the market and make recommendations for menu changes
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Proven track record of successful menu design with innovative dishes
• Excellent knowledge of all culinary techniques with experience in both classic French cuisine as well as modern fusion cuisine
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate staff members to achieve set goals
