We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, creative and passionate professional who will be responsible for the overall running of the kitchen in our restaurant.

The successful applicant should have strong culinary skills, excellent leadership and organizational abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel or restaurant is preferred but not essential if you possess the required skills and knowledge. We are open to considering foreign applicants if they can demonstrate their suitability for the role.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1600 per month (or more depending on experience) plus additional benefits including meals on duty, health insurance and travel allowance. The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, managing personnel in the kitchen, monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, training new staff members and leading the team by example. The successful candidate should have excellent cooking techniques to ensure high quality dishes are served consistently to all guests whilst minimizing wastage and maximizing profits. They must also have strong management skills to ensure all staff members are performing their duties properly and meeting deadlines efficiently.
