Orthodontist job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Orthodontist to join our Al-Kuwait practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing orthodontic treatments to a variety of patients and be able to deliver exceptional patient care. The Orthodontist will have experience in all aspects of orthodontics, from diagnosis and treatment planning to the management of complex cases.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in dentistry and have completed an accredited postgraduate program in orthodontics. They must be licensed, board certified, or eligible for certification in the Kuwaiti dental board. The Orthodontist must also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage patient flow efficiently and effectively.
The Orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with malocclusions and other dental conditions requiring orthodontic treatment. They will also perform exams and assessments, review radiographs, present treatment options to patients, review patient records, provide preventive care services such as sealants and fluoride treatments, place brackets and wires on teeth, adjust braces as needed during treatment progressions, take impressions of teeth for retainers or other appliances, construct custom appliances when needed (e.g., headgear), remove braces at the end of treatment courses, provide education about oral hygiene maintenance during orthodontic treatment courses, counsel parents about their childrenās oral health needs related to treatment regimens; keep accurate records of patient visits; discuss fees with patients prior to initiating services; manage staff; monitor supplies; stay up-to-date on new developments in the field; stay current with continuing education requirements; maintain professional relationships with colleagues; maintain professional licensure status; adhere to local regulations governing dental practices; comply with safety regulations at all times; utilize appropriate infection control protocols when providing services.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100 KD per month plus benefits commensurate with experience. We are open to considering foreigners who meet all qualifications for this position.
