We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. This position is based in Kuwait and offers an attractive salary of 1000.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, providing guidance to staff, monitoring performance and ensuring that company policies are followed. He/she will be expected to lead by example, motivate employees and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Additional duties include scheduling shifts, dealing with customer queries, organizing training sessions and monitoring inventory. The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills.
