Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of electrical systems and components. This position requires excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of electrical theory and concepts, as well as experience working with electrical components such as motors, generators, alternators, transformers and control systems. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to electrical work.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and install electrical systems, components, and equipment in accordance with applicable codes
• Perform periodic maintenance on all electrical systems to ensure proper operation and safety
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs or replacements as needed
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine the best way to complete projects
• Test all installed equipment for safety compliance
• Follow safety regulations when working with electricity
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Electrician
• Thorough knowledge of electricity, wiring techniques, tools and equipment used in the trade
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Understanding of safety regulations in the workplace
