We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with computers and software.

The main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include providing administrative support to the team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing office documents, responding to customer queries and performing other duties as assigned. The successful candidate should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines efficiently. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
