Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including office maintenance, mail handling and routine clerical tasks.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook). They must also have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects at once and pay attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable.

The salary offered is 1200 AED per month, plus other benefits. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet all the specified criteria.
