We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. In addition, the Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that safety guidelines are followed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role as well as excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also essential.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the business
• Train staff on operational protocols and safety guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records for tracking activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
