Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, leading and motivating staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. They will need to be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, while also collaborating with other departments in order to ensure the highest level of customer service. The Supervisor will also need to provide regular reports on performance and progress.
