We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of our business operations and will report to the Senior Manager.
Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring staff performance, coordinating with other departments, resolving customer inquiries and providing feedback to senior management. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and have the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role or a related field.
Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
