Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and present them to management
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency within the department
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team
• Experience working with people from different cultures is preferred

Salary: 1600 AED/month (negotiable). We are ready to consider foreign applicants.
