Supervisor Vacancy - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at the Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and performance of staff, as well as ensuring that all customer service goals are met. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and a passion for learning.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Immigrant status is acceptable
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (written & spoken)
