In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring that employees are completing tasks to the highest standard, and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing employee discipline issues, scheduling shifts, and making sure that all safety regulations are followed.

To be successful in this position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. You must be knowledgeable about local labor laws, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. We also require fluency in English and Arabic.
