Job Title: Waiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is ideal for a passionate individual who is knowledgeable in the hospitality industry and strives to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell and suggest additional items.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery of food.
• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Inform guests about menu items, specialties, and promotions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain inventory of tableware, linens, glassware, plateware, etc.
• Adhere to all health department regulations when handling food items.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
