We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations in our company, ensuring that the goals and objectives of the organization are met.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cost analysis
• Manage staff recruitment and hiring processes; ensure employees have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor performance of employees through regular feedback and performance evaluations; take corrective action where necessary
• Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders; collaborate with other business units to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations; stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
• 5+ years’ experience in business management or a related field required • Proven track record of success in developing strategic plans and executing them effectively • Proven leadership skills; able to manage teams efficiently • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders as well as external customers • Advanced knowledge of financial operations, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Immigrants are encouraged to apply
