We at Reef Al Fujairah City are looking for a skilled and experienced welder to join our team. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in welding and metal fabrication, be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or engineering specifications as well as have the capability to inspect own work and that of others. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of safety regulations related to welding and metal fabrication.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of duties including operating manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, fabricating or repairing metal parts, structures or products by joining, reinforcing or surfacing them; examining welds and ensuring they meet standards in terms of strength, quality and aesthetics; setting up components for welding; positioning pieces to be welded according to templates, drawings or oral instructions; using tools such as a hammer or chisel to cut or shape metals; utilizing gas torches and arc-welding equipment; conducting tests on welds made on pipes, tanks, pressure vessels or other structures; monitoring the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking or expansion of material.
